Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SimpleFBO website and our aircraft scheduling and management application (together, the "Service"), operated by SimpleFBO ("We", "Us", or "Our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a flight school, flying club, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.

The Service

SimpleFBO provides tools for aircraft reservation and scheduling, fleet and maintenance tracking, aircraft checkout quizzes, instructor scheduling, invoicing records, and document tracking. Features available to you depend on your organization's plan and your role within it.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Your Data

You and your organization retain ownership of the reservations, documents, invoices, and other records you create in the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us permission to host, process, and display Your Data solely to provide and support the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are described on our Pricing page. New organizations can create an account in the Service and start a 30-day free trial without a credit card. After the trial, access continues when you subscribe in-app through Stripe at the published per-aircraft rate for your plan. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal. Payments that FBOs collect from members through Stripe Connect are separate from SimpleFBO subscription fees; we do not charge additional per-transaction fees for using the invoicing features of the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

• Upload content you don't have the right to share, or that infringes another party's rights

Aviation and Regulatory Information Disclaimer

The Service, including any regulation reference tool it provides, is provided to help you locate and reference aviation regulations and is not a substitute for the official Federal Aviation Regulations, guidance from the FAA, or advice from a qualified aviation attorney, designated pilot examiner, or certified flight instructor. You remain solely responsible for verifying regulatory requirements and for compliance with all applicable rules governing flight operations, aircraft maintenance, and pilot certification. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any regulatory information provided through the Service.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleFBO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms or for non-payment, with notice where practicable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
